So far the App is good. It is integrating most of my sales with QuickBooks fairly seamlessly. Sherman on the help chat was particularly helpful and friendly.

I'll move this up to 5 stars once I confirm that the issues we had have all been fixed. Dean was great on the chat support and I now have a clear direction to get things working.

Sherwin handled my concerns today very well. Job well done.

The support has been great to get Quickbooks Online and Shopify talking. There is always someone to help out and quick with a fix or a suggestion. Thanks Paul!

We haven't used the app yet however I have contacted support twice today and the response is quick and very helpful. Thank-you to Ronnie and Troy for the links with much needed information to get us started

I am in a trial period for this product but so far I love this product. The customer service by Ronnie and others have been great. He was able to help me map my payments quickly.

I am still learning the ins and outs of this app, but I will say that customer service was helpful when I contacted them over chat. Messaged with Karol and she took the time to understand what i needed help on and gave me all the information I asked for. Very helpful and friendly.

Sherwin was very helpful, patient, understanding, and knowledge-able to get my sync into my QBO! Thanks bud although somewhat helpful. UPDATE on app. The App is incomplete. The app will not be able to undo the synced data in QBO. We can only delete data on the app, and you may manually delete or start a clean slate with QB by purging data. App only integrates with Shopify's API which means Shopify Payments is the ONLY payment gateway we will be able to pull records from. and we mainly rely on the data the Shopify's API sends us, which are payments from their own Shipofy Payments, not including other gateway.

The app is not perfect but so far it has been helpful. Hopefully they update some things like bundles in the future. Rafael was very nice and helpful.

Paul was absolutely fantastic. My accounting knowledge is very limited and Paul guided me through each step with patience to get everything set up.
