I had some issues with my Shopify sales invoices not coming through to QBO. Thankfully Clarisse was able to assist and sort out the issue promptly. Thank you Clarisse!

NICK is super helpful, effective and even pop's up in the Chat before you know you will need his help. I love dealing with NICK, always very nice.

I was running into an error and thought of rectifying it alone. But Nick came to the rescue and resolved everything in the "nick" of time. This worked great for me because there was no hassle, no time constraints, and it was done so quickly I'm back to working as usual. I'm so grateful for this chat feature.

This program is essential for all small businesses. Their support is way above the competitions. Sherwin was extremely helpful in not only resolving my issues, but also explaining the process so that I understood what settings I needed to properly sync my data.
