We've been using this app for several years now so have faced several issues that I would describe as normal given the volume we do. What really makes this app outstanding is their customer service. Troy in the CS department is responsive, personal and persistent towards making sure problems get resolved, these days that type of help is impossible to find.

I just converted from the old OneSaas account to QuickBooks Online Global. Sherwin made the conversion really easy. He handled making sure the settings are the same as before and that the syncing is correct. Well done!
