Customer service is great... everyone is always very helpful and quickly responds to requests. Today David fixed a problem for me, and continuously updated me and followed up to make sure it was all correct.

Edit: I ran into another issue, and David took care of it again! :-) Great CS!

App does a great job keeping our Shopify and QBO synced. When there is an error, it alerts you. I had troubled figuring out why a couple of orders were not syncing, and for the first time ever...I was contacted by customer support. Sherwin noticed that a couple of orders were not syncing, and HE started a chat with me to fix it!

Ben was a great help to me today when I was having problems with integration to Quickbooks. He quickly identified the problem and gave me some options on ways to fix it.

Sherwin was very helpful sorting our sync issue. He sorted the issue in no time and all sales orders were in Quickbooks.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Francis for assistance with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Shopify. They provided exceptional service, recovering over 18 months of invoices and payments in QBO. Additionally, they successfully resolved a connection issue that had been causing problems.
