ROM was great in helping me understand the connection between QBO & Amazon marketplace. Each time that ROM has helped me in the past I went away with a better understanding of what is going on.
I have to commend and compliment Dean and his impeccable customer service. He went above and beyond to help resolve my dual issues and was patient and kind the entire time. It was truly a pleasure working with him. Interestingly enough, I had been having a trying day and the quality of is care, concern and customer service, not only solved my problems but brightened my day to boot! Great support from this team! Ronnie has been fantastic since we first started with OneSaas a few years back on a different platform (Woo). They fixed my sync problem with Shopify while I was asleep. I've used QB for a year now and today I synced it with Shopify. Dean was really patient and supportive through any hiccups and so many questions during the sycn process. Thank you. Now, let's see how it all works together on my first sale.
App supports lots of different configuration settings, from very basic, to more advanced accounting. The setup was straight-forward, however I did hit some upfront configuration/sync errors. QB Connector support proactively reached out to me to help resolve the issues and get the sync working. In only a matter of minutes, Sherwin was able to correct my errors and provide guidance around the connector's features as well as best practices. I strongly recommend hitting the little chat icon when setting up the connector for the first time if you are confused about any of the options.
