David was very helpful and followed up even when our chat got disconnected. The app works great and easy to maintain and get help is you run in to issues.

This app is easy to use and I love that it connects my Shopify and QuickBook accounts so easily. The customer support is also great! I've interacted with Sherwin, who has helped me to resolve any issues and answer questions :)

App imports data a little weird sometimes but not hard to clean up and the best thing available for this kind of link-up. Amazing customer service - THANKS ROM! Highly recommend. This is saving us days of time.

Can't say I've found setting up the Connector to be 100% straightforward and still having some issues but Sherwin in Support has been excellent.

I encountered issues with the sync between Shopify and Quickbooks. The online chat support proved to be incredibly helpful, and Ben efficiently resolved my problem by providing quick and effective solutions.
