Things are working great with OneSaas. Currently use this app to sync my multiple Shopify stores to a single QBO account. QBO is our main inventory management, and it nicely push and sync orders, inventory, and product within the 2 systems.

The CS support is helpful and polite, Sherwin has provided me great help in solving some of the issues I had. Been using them for more than a year now, and plan to do so for more years!

The support is terrific. Paul was patient and knowledgeable and stuck with it all the way to the resolution of my issue.

Lori is the best. Our account was not linking correctly to QBO. With minimal hassle and maximum benefit, she adjusted the settings know we are up and running better than ever! Thanks Lori, I appreciate the time and knowledge which will save our firm hours of effort!

The customer service reps who help out are AMAZING! I have worked with Ben many times and he is EXTRAORDINARY! They fix any problems, that are MOSTLY made by "ourselves" because we are not clear how the whole thing works. THEN, when they fix a broken element for you they TEACH you what it is you did wrong by the EXAMPLE! LOVE IT. They are FAST! Thanks so much for all your SUPER FAST help!
