QuickBooks Online Global

I have been dealing with some sync issues and couldn't figure out how to fix them. I contacted chat support and was lucky enough to reach Karol. She was able to not only fix the issue, but she told me what the issue was so I could fix it myself in the future. I wish I had reached out sooner! A+ service. No waiting in a chat queue or speaking with a bot. Outstanding! We need more people like Karol in this world!

This app makes the switch to QBOL worthwhile. Customer service help is very good.

One of the most incredible customer service experiences I have ever had was with Ben; he was cooperative and accommodating.

I was helped by a gentlemen named Paul. He walked me step by step connecting shopify to QBO. The process was foreign to me and he patiently explained things and provided step by step instructions towards accomplishing the goal. I am so grateful for his help, someone give this man a raise! Thanks again Paul!

Super impressed with the App.......just installed Quickbooks and had a few issues getting things synced correctly. Jumped straight onto Live Chat and the support from Troy was outstanding......helped me achieve a great outcome. Couldn't ask for anything more at this stage.....
