Jasmin was very helpful and patient and walked me through each solution we could try. I was very happy with the customer service.
Unfortunately, my account does have an issue that has still not been resolved, but Jasmin is continuing to work with me to find a solution.
La configuration de l'application n'est pas toujours intuitive et il y a beaucoup d'étapes pour en arriver à une synchronisation entre la boutique en ligne et Quickbooks. Cependant, j'ai reçu l'aide de Rods quand j'ai rencontré des problèmes avec ma première vente et tout a été réglé. 3/5 pour la simplicité de configuration mais 5/5 pour l'aide reçue.
Jasmin was very helpful with my issue. Although QBO suddenly decided to temporarily remove the important order syncing part of the connector, Jasmin quickly offered the information and to notify me once this is fixed.
Rhica quickly helped me fix a mapping issue!
Had connection issues, Jasmin tried to help, unfortunately the problem was not resolved via chat. She has passed on the bigger issue to her team to resolve. She tried her best and that is appreciated.

I love that they have a live chat option and Sherwin really helpedsync some problematic transactions for us. I would give 5 starts except that there are some limitations on syncing deposits and individual sales at the same time. They want it to be either/or. Other than that, if you aren't is over the top meticulous, this is a great integration and saves me a great deal of time entering transactions.
This app is crucial in sending sales from Shopify to QBO. I have never had a problem in 5 years. Sherwin was very speedy and new exactly how to fix my problem to get the two programs to connect again.

The QBO and Shopify connection is critical for keeping our business running but let me tell you the service side of this app is the best. I got stumped trying to figure something out and the support team here is great. BEN held my hand through some setup stuff I had messed up and we got a bunch of my sync cleaned up in no time!
Has a small Shopify glitch where it uses a random clients name when automatically creating invoices with data it imports from Shopify. Otherwise this app integrates and syncs perfectly to QuickBooks without any problems. You might need some assistance from support with some of the settings as they can be confusing and might cause your data to not sync correctly. Support responds extremely fast and was quick to assist and help me set it up correctly.
