The app is very user friendly. The only errors I've ever encountered are created when someone on our end skips a step (client name on order, etc.). Whenever I've had an error the customer service reps have bee very helpful and fast. Sherwin helped me out today and was quick and professional and had me fixed up in a couple of minutes!

Nick was super helpful and solved my issue quickly. This app is a god sent as it allows me to connect both my Shopify sites to my QB file that syncs the correct inventory levels.

Nick has been really helpful in helping with the integration between shopify and quickbooks. It hasnt been an easy integration, and i have been through 2 other customer champions, but Nick was the most helpful of the lot! He took the initiative to reach out and rectify the problem.
