I haven't used the app yet, as I am a new user, so this feedback is more about the setup process and Sherwin (who assisted me through live chat). Selections were confusing and fairly technical IMO, however, Sherwin was very patient and helpful, as he explained and supported me through each requirement step-by-step. Very helpful indeed. Perhaps fields can be better described for non-professional accountant users.

Have had nothing but a great experience with Quickbooks online so far, and the connection between shopify and quickbooks has been amazing. All of my transactions sync. I did have an issue with the sync and duplicate items, however, Lori was able to resolve my issue extremely quickly!
