Had to deal with support for Shopify Connector App. Dealt with Troy - he was great, very helpful and quick to respond.

We have been using this for years now. When we have a problem (Always caused by ourselves) the support is always immediate and effective. Nick is a great example, he knows how to read an issue and sort extremely fast and effectively.
