Ben was very helpful!! App works great, a little slow but most apps on shopify are. So its hard to fault for that.

Needed a lot of information and Rominick help me a lot and gave really good info. All of my configuration is now perfect Between Shopify and QBO.

I was having difficulty with a couple of items syncing Quickbooks to Shopify. I connected through the online Chat with Rafael. He understood immediately what my issues were and resolved the situation quickly. Thank you Rafael and Quickbooks support.

I had trouble syncing my inventory to Quick Books from Shopify and ended up duplicating everything smh. I messaged in the chat box at the lower right hand corner of the screen and Ronnie was with me right away. Ronnie fixed the issue and unblocked my transactions from syncing as well. Super service! 10/10
