This app has been great so far. I really like it. Great customer service! I had some issues with syncing. Sherwin helped me solve everything. I had some issues with syncing. Sherwin was very helpful and kind when assisting me.

Great integration with Shopify. Helps me manage all my inventory in one place. Had some issues with it, but Vincent was able to help me solve them in no time. Thank you!

LORI is always super quick and efficient when it comes to solving my 2500 errors. The 4 stars is not for the support, because it is always tops. It's more because I expérience 2500 quite a lot. So maybe there is something to look at there... Something to do with POS and Quickbooks not "understanding" eachother...

Love the chat support, Karol picked up quickly and answered all my questions and fixed everything I broke! She ensured I understood the set up, etc. before we closed out chat!

Due to the transaction complexity of Shopify, it is not very easy to set up synchronisation. However, the support team of One SAAS is excellent. For instance, Dean has just supported us for about 1 hour and sorted our issues patiently. I also have to mention Marck, Karol, Vincent and Sherwin being there for us when needed. Great team. Expect to spend some time for the initial setup, and from there, you are good to do. Don't forget the other sync apps do not import individual orders. So this is the way to go!

We used OneSaas to import sales from Shopify to our QBO account and it was a huge help. Customer support in the app is very responsive & helpful. Today I worked with Sherwin who was courteous and capable.
Updated - 7/6/23 - I continue to have wonderful support from the chat representatives. Today I worked with David and my problem was resolved quickly and completely.
