I was having some issues with my sales showing up as paid in quickbooks and Troy was very helpful and quickly helped me fix the issue.

Only just started the app but am happy with it so far. BEN was helpful in assisting me with set up and answering any questions I had.

I had a few error messages with our sync, so I reached out for help and Clarisse replied and fixed our sync issues w/in minutes. Super fast reply and fix!

Sherwin was very helpful in helping us navigate the setup!!! Lots of patience answering all our questions and logged in to make adjustments to make sure its all set up correctly.

Love the Chat on the portal, It's nice to get help right away instead of waiting on a phone. Sherwin was helpful in helping me figure out reports between QBO and Shopify.

We had an issue with syncing between shopify plus and qbo. I chatted with David who was really helpful and very patient with me. All sorted within a few minutes and all the syncing errors fixed and corrected for future transaction.

Thanks Sherwin for the very fast answer to my fee import question. It helped to clarify the app capability. This app save me a lot of manual input time. It is a game changer
