Troy in customer service was super helpful in setting this up which I really appreciate. So far the APP and Integration are working great, getting more than I expected, definitely recommend.
So far so good! It's doing exactly what it's supposed to. Rominick at customer service was so helpful with an error I had.
Paul was super helpful with what I needed, and went above and beyond to give me advice on how to manage clean books.
The customer support from QuickBooks Online International, especially Sherwin and David, has been outstanding. They were quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable, making it easy to navigate the Shopify integration. Their exceptional service adds tremendous value to the overall user experience. Highly recommend!
I had a bit of an issue setting up the integration and Sherwin in support responded almost immediately to my request. He was very helpful and resolved the issue the same day.
I was struggling with what info to sync and what is best for the business... Clarisse was lovely, very helpful and explained everything to me in a very easy to understand manner.

I reached out through the online chat option for assistance and was helped by Clarisse. She was so very helpful and answered all of my questions. Anything that was not in her scope of assisting me with, she gave me the information I needed to connect with the department that could. She was very kind and very professional. If I have questions in the future, I hope I am lucky enough to connect with her again!
The app is superb for connecting with Shopify. But not only is it good and a time saviour, the support provided by Sherwin was second to none. The issue was cleared quickly and I was impress by the skills :) Thanks again Sherwin
We use this app to sync our Shopify store with Quickbooks for Bookkeeping. I've had a very difficult time getting the sync to happen, going back and forth between the two changing various information. Benielle (through chat support) immediately knew what to do and began working on getting the info to sync. We're talking hundreds of transactions. Can't thank her enough.
