I was able to connect Shopify with QuickBooks Online without any issues. Once connected I had quite a few errors with syncing sales, tracking inventory and payouts. I used the chat box on OneSass to contact support. Ben was our agent and knew exactly what to do. He walked me through step by step and we were able to fix all the errors very quickly. I am not tech savvy but his instructions were clear and easy to understand. I always dread having to contact support but I was thrilled with Ben's help.
Great technical support from Sherwin via the chat. Sorted my syncing problem within minutes and with no wait. Thanks very much!

Getting set up was easy and well worth the initial trial period to see if the app is right for you/your business. The thing that gives OneSaas a 5 star rating is the customer service. I had a few sync issues that were slowing us down and kept us from getting the most out of the app. I just spent about 30 minutes chatting with Karol who walked me through the process to get it all set up properly. So helpful and absolutely great to work with. There are many apps out there that do similar things but customer service is king in my eyes. Thanks for all the help Karol!
David was incredibly helpful with our QBO x Shopify set up. We are happy with what the app can do so far as it will really speed up our invoicing processes.
Needed to reach out to help/support as I had a couple questions on completing the settings. Rafael was so helpful! He answered my questions immediately and was very professional. Would definitely recommend this app.
Just installed the App today in Canada. I utilized chat right away to ask for assistance. At first I got David, he was a great help but in my process of uploading Chrome I lost him (my fault). David was awesome and I know he would have helped me. So once back on with Chrome I signed on to chat again. This time I got Lori. She helped me though the whole set up process and was amazing. She was patient and helpful and is getting back to me later with one minor discrepancy in the first upload. I picked this App because it was from Intuit and that made me feel confident. Now after my first and second experience with Support I am very happy that I choose this App. Thank you David and Thank you Lori - keep up the good work. All the Clients really appreciate it!
Since I got going on the App I have been helped by Floribelle and by Troy. They were both very responsive and helped me. I have never had an App before with such exceptional service
ROM was brilliant! I am not an accountant, so his help was invaluable in setting up this app. He sent me screen shots to explain everything as was very patient!
I'll move this up to 5 stars once I confirm that the issues we had have all been fixed. Dean was great on the chat support and I now have a clear direction to get things working.
