As another had mentioned, Karol was amazing. She knew a lot about the platform and it's forms, and thus helped me greatly. Because of this I found out I did not setup Free Shipping correctly for my store when I did a test order... Oops.

I installed this app yesterday and worked with support and they were great. Today I had a unique issue and timeline that I needed it resolved in and I connected with support again. Been waiting for this app for a while. Now it is here and works a treat. Does what it says and with the help of Troy was able to quickly refine the configuration to iron out a few synch issues (not the app just the way I set up management of inventory). Really looking forward to saving lots of time.
