QuickBooks Online Global

Sherwin, thank you for helping me so quickly. I had a syncing issue that we have been dealing with for a couple of weeks and would manually make the order. Today, i tried out support and Sherwin was able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes. I look forward to installing this app on our other Shopify store.

Spent time making sure we have all sales show up in QuickBooks, all fees show up in QuickBooks, and also explained how we need to edit our SKU's in order to avoid future errors! This is the exact app we needed to sync our Shopify data with QBO. There is a good amount of control so you can set exactly what and when it get's synced over. We are able to just sync unpaid orders in Shopify so we are able to invoice in QBO. When I had an issue with the connector showing an error I used the live chat support and Clarisse was able to quickly fix my issue. Would recommend.

Update: Needed help again and David was able to fix our issue in less than an hour of writing an email.

This app works great to help keep everything synced and organized. I had trouble with figuring out why my sales weren't being transferred and Vince was able to quickly figure it out and walked me through it step by step. Thank you Vince!
