I had trouble with the automatic synchronization which could be a huge problem when people order online... It barely took a minute for Sherwin to answer me on the chat and they were amazing at finding the problem and taking care of it for me! Truly one of the best customer service I've dealt with!

This app is saving me so much time, and the online chat help is actually helpful. Would love to see some of the syncing workflows go both ways (Shopify to QBO and QBO to Shopify) but the app really does accomplish a lot of things we need it to already. Troy and Sherwin both were super helpful in resolving the issues I had too.
