Absolutely outstanding customer service. Ronnie and Paul were very quick to resolve all data issues I was facing.
I'm new to the app however so far it appears to be very efficient and is functioning as advertised. Recently I encountered an issue more related to my learning curve and was fortunate to have Clarissa's assistance in resolving the issue.
Ben was amazing at helping me when sync my Shopify account with Quickbooks.
great help from Ronnie. Knowleageable and i hope the solution he offered will help. i am giving another month and then quitting qbo as many staff know less than what i do and i am new to shopify

I was having syncing problems due to something being deleted -- and Dean was so helpful in helping me figure out how to fix the issue! All fixed.
This app has been great, but an app is only as good as the support staff running it. I had an invoice issue that I was doubtful could be resolved - but Paul was able to work with me for a solid hour resolving my issue.
