I did have some issues with the integration because of some duplicate skus on the Shopify end - which I wasn't aware of until of until I made the connection. Customer services was quick to respond and very helpful - thank you Troy
Sherwin did an awesome job helping me fix my order errors when not syncing.
I came in this morning and I had 29 errors that would not sync. They are now synced and will going forward.
Works perfectly, OneSaas support are helpful. Only limitation that we found annoying was you can't set up a workflow where OneSaas tries to push an order from Shopify to your accounting system (Saasu in our case) as a Tax Invoice first, then if stock is not available (negative value) then it will push it through as a Sale Order. You can only choose either to sync all orders as Tax Invoices or Sale Orders. Then you either have to go into our accounting software and manually change all the orders into Tax Invoices or wait for pre-ordered stock to arrive before OneSaas will push the orders into Saasu as Tax Invoices. Would give 5/5 if this became a feature.
Had some minor issues with the syncing but Rom was great in helping me figure out where I messed up. Overall a great app that does what it says it will, effectively!

Dean was very helpful!! A lot of knowledge about about the system. I needed to sync the information from Shopify to QBO and he helped me.
sherwin helped a lot with product sync as i had many issues in the past. but all works now and they are fast
Excellent real time customer service (thanks Dean & Raphael!) and it's the most comprehensive app available. The only one I could find with any customization.
Vincent was awesome and very quick in answering my questions and making sure I was all set and ready to go. Very fast and effiecient.
Wonderful QBO integration! Customer Service was very helpful as well, specifically Sherwin. Highly recommend.
