QuickBooks Online Global

I am still learning the ins and outs of this app, but I will say that customer service was helpful when I contacted them over chat. Messaged with Karol and she took the time to understand what i needed help on and gave me all the information I asked for. Very helpful and friendly.

The app is not perfect but so far it has been helpful. Hopefully they update some things like bundles in the future. Rafael was very nice and helpful.

Sherwin was very helpful, patient, understanding, and knowledge-able to get my sync into my QBO! Thanks bud although somewhat helpful. UPDATE on app. The App is incomplete. The app will not be able to undo the synced data in QBO. We can only delete data on the app, and you may manually delete or start a clean slate with QB by purging data. App only integrates with Shopify's API which means Shopify Payments is the ONLY payment gateway we will be able to pull records from. and we mainly rely on the data the Shopify's API sends us, which are payments from their own Shipofy Payments, not including other gateway.

Sherwin was an absolute GEM! He was so very patient with me and helped walk me thru the entire process! Made changes when something wasn't quite like I needed it, extremely knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with!! I am very hopeful that this app will be everything that I need to sync Shopify POS with Quickbooks Online. I am coming from the world of Quickbooks POS with Quickbooks Desktop as our system for the past 15 years, I was getting quite frustrated with Quickbooks for doing away with their POS system and recommending Shopify POS, as they were not talking to each other in the way I was used to with everything just happening in the background with me not having to do journal entries or any extra work to keep my books in order with the old system. I believe we have almost everything syncing close to the way it used to and I will only have a slight learning curve to adjust to. :) I am very happy and pleased!!! Such a useful app! Makes transferring data from shopify sales to quickbooks a piece of cake. Still new to quickbooks, but this app has made at least the shopify integration simple. Also great customer service team, super quick and helpful. David was able to get me started and solved some problems I was having,

Dean is the OneSaas Wizard who has magical powers. He can sense where and why I was stuck. He then patiently untie all the knots one by one. There were pages after pages of my errors. I was finally able to sync without any error. Not once did he drop the ball. OneSaas/Intuit is very lucky to have Dean as technical support. I would hire him in a heartbeat. Thank you Dean. Good job.

Overall was able to fix some small issues and hope this helps streamline my QB reporting. Thank you Vincent for helping me out!

Paul was very patient with all of the queries and was more than helpful. All of the problems have been resolved and Paul was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Getting set up now.. but so far so good. Rominick was very helpful in the initial phase. Fingers crossed the rest goes smoothly! Had to chat back tonight and I got Ronnie... super helpful . So far loving the customer service

This app helped us customize the connection between QBO and Shopify. Great customer service, thanks Sherwin!!. Amazing for my B2B platform.
