Troy on the end of the chat window is flat out AWESOME! I was afraid to turn this on without some guidance, and he helped me from start to finish. Highly recommend his service!!

Only just started using this app and received some great help from Rom. I think it will be very useful to have this app

This app erased a LOT of my inventory in Shopify after it's syncing. It's now caused me to shut down while we do inventory and lose out on sales. I've emailed and have yet to get a response. This is completely unacceptable!

David was able to solve the problem I had straight away as I needed to pull shopify data further back than what was offered to me. Thanks!

This was so easy to get set up. Once I had an issue (user error on my end) ROM was quick in the chat to get us up and going.

On first connecting the app, i had error messages. I contacted support and Clarisse helped really quickly with my sync errors. Brilliant, efficient service

It's a bit confusing to get the accounts right for syncing but Ronnie was very helpful and responsive via the help chat
