We are just getting this app up and running and the customer support at 11pm was great. Ronnie helped me work through my problems and get me set up and heading in the right direction in no time. Was a relief that I could find someone so late at night, never know when you get the free time to work on all the little ins and outs needed to get it all sorted.
Sherwin from Customer Support resolved my error very very well, I was impressed by the comprehensiveness of the service and explanation. One possible improvement could be having fewer questions asking about how I'm doing and completing the survey but instead going straight to the issue, but I appreciated it nonetheless.
This app is good, but there are definitely some things I would change especially regarding payments that happen at a later date that are not transferred to QB... but when there are issues with problem invoices that do not sync correctly, their chat feature has always helped me out. Dean today, was especially helpful in resolving my problem with a customer file that I had all mangled up!
I am in love with this app. It has simplified an annoyingly complex data entry process. And thank you Paul for helping me set it up. Fantastic customer service!
I had a couple of issues with integration and Dean was super helpful and very quick to resolve the issues. Also I wanted to get something done that wasnt usually on the menu and it was no problem - he went out of his way to be helpful and accomodating.
Troy was very helpful! Still some missing pieces to the puzzle but he got us all squared away for the most part!
I have only been using this app for a short time, but it is so worth it!!! We have encountered a few issues with the setup and issues that have come up since. But don't worry because they have one of the best tech supports I have dealt with. This time Vincent helped me understand why an issue was happening and he helped explain why its happening and what to do if it does happen again.
Ronnie quickly sorted out our initial teething problem and now we are up and running, saving time on entering information and taking out human errors in transfers. Thank you.
Did our first sync over the weekend and had a few errors. This morning Rominick from Onesaas online support walk me through each error and fixed it easily. Now all my invoices are syncing flawlessly! Thank you to Onesaas and the support team at Onesaas which has been very professional, fast and easy to work with. This app saved us time and money, more small business owners should know about it.
Very helpful with support. Clarisse was great! We needed help syncing the orders through and they had it fixed in 5 minutes.
