David was exceptionally helpful, guiding me through the setup process and providing insights into the app's functionality. He addressed all of my inquiries with patience, ensuring that I understood the reasons behind his suggestions. His responsiveness was great, and he even took the initiative to follow up with an email.

All installed - it's quite complicated to setup so we sat with the accountant to map the sales and tax codes. Once we got testing we were getting some errors trying to sync B2B customer data. After speaking to QBO support (Clarisse) she got it fixed so quickly and explained the issues. Super impressed... they saved me hours!)
