The customer service reps who help out are AMAZING! I have worked with Ben many times and he is EXTRAORDINARY! They fix any problems, that are MOSTLY made by "ourselves" because we are not clear how the whole thing works. THEN, when they fix a broken element for you they TEACH you what it is you did wrong by the EXAMPLE! LOVE IT. They are FAST! Thanks so much for all your SUPER FAST help! I have worked with Sherwan, Marck, Rafael and Vincent and they are ALL Super AWESOME! Thanks again! YOU GUYS are why I use OneSaas! Today Paul helped me out with a big problem that I self created. They are BRILLIANT FAST and SUPER NICE!

Marck was a star on support chat after our account disconnected. He got us up and running in a few minutes then stayed online to make sure the sync worked and our Shopify orders transferred to QBO. After that he migrated us seamlessly to the latest version of their app.

David was amazing in helping me sync my Shopify Sales with Quickbooks. The customer service I experienced today is very rare these days.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Shopify Connector by Intuit. NICK was very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this APP to anyone needing to connect Shopify to Quickbooks
