I am very happy with this app! I had no problems for the first year or so, then a small hiccup I needed help with came up. I contacted support, and Ben had the problem fixed within 2 minutes, amazing!
I am a QBO Advisor and my newest client has a Shopify account. The process was easy for my client to set up and once I was added onto her Shopify account Sherwin definitely made my day! He was super polite, helpful and made my week so much easier! I will definitely be advertising my services with more Shopify businesses!

The support from Johnny at One Saas has been nothing short of amazing. Very quick to reply to my numerous questions while getting 3 Shopify sites all hooked up to one accounting system. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained clearly so that we knew what we could and could not do and why. First class support. The app is working well for us too, syncing all our inventory across all sites every hour to avoid the embarrassing 'sorry we've already sold it elsewhere'.
They were really helpful especially Sherwin. He was very patient and walked me through all of my concerns. Thank you!

Deze app neemt me enorm veel werk uit handen. Het was even lastig configureren maar Benielle heeft me hierbij perfect geholpen!

Sherwin was absolutely incredible! They were a huge help, and were very knowledgeable, probably the most helpful person I've talked to in customer service for a long time. Would recommend the app simply for the customer service.

Ronnie was a huge help to me! He solved all my problems, even problems that other technical support representatives were not able to resolve. Cannot recommend Ronnie and this app enough.
I use this app to sync shopify to QBO! I needed some help and Sherwin from Customer Support was AMAZING!

Karol was incredibly friendly, helpful and resourceful, and was a huge assistance in helping me resolve my issue! The support alone is worth the application! I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Karol was, and how much she aided our work-day!
