today had an issue, chatted with Lori and she solved it very quickly! She was very pleasant and super easy to work with!
Rominick helped me with the problem I had. He was very helpful. It was solved very quick and smooth. I'm very happy he helped me with my problem, but to write this review was very difficult.
Lori was really helpful tonight, doing accounts late at night is not much fun so i was glad for her help in resolving my query
If I could give this app less than 1 star I would. I have never spent so many hours on Support Chat as I have with this app. Not only is 90% of their support team completely unhelpful they will use any excuse to not have the problem be their app. I highly recommend NOT using this app!

The OneSaas App is a lifesaver. What QuickBooks Online is not equipped to do on its own, OneSaas makes up for. Paul helped me through getting my orders to sync from Shopify to QuickBooks Online today. Paul was patient, thorough, and a great communicator, providing clear instructions. I'm grateful for the help - we couldn't do this without you!

Amazing app that synced my orders and payments from Shopify to Quickbooks online. Fantastic customer support as well! I received very timely and helpful assistance from Ben as I integrated my store with QB Online!
