Excellent help from Sherwin! I told him the issue and he quickly resolved and sent me the information.
Rominick helped me with the problem I had. He was very helpful. It was solved very quick and smooth. I'm very happy he helped me with my problem, but to write this review was very difficult.
Serwin was very professional, competent and helpful! Amazing job and app highly recommended to any e-commerce.
If I could give this app less than 1 star I would. I have never spent so many hours on Support Chat as I have with this app. Not only is 90% of their support team completely unhelpful they will use any excuse to not have the problem be their app. I highly recommend NOT using this app!

The OneSaas App is a lifesaver. What QuickBooks Online is not equipped to do on its own, OneSaas makes up for. Paul helped me through getting my orders to sync from Shopify to QuickBooks Online today. Paul was patient, thorough, and a great communicator, providing clear instructions. I'm grateful for the help - we couldn't do this without you!

Really helpful app and attentive support calls. Rom helped me very quickly and efficiently to solve the sync issues and get started.
I love the customer support. Karol was extremely helpful and professional. She fixed all what I had issues with in a few minutes.
We had an issue with duplicate transaction fees being applied (which was our own fault due to setting things up the wrong way). Erwin, the chat advisor was amazing and helped me with all my questions and even changed the relevant settings on our behalf! Now everything works absolutely perfectly! Thank you so much Erwin!
