App works well for Shopify to QBO. Had a hiccup in syncing, and asked OneSAAS for support by email. Hazel got back to me quickly with a fix.
Would rate app 5 star -- but have to take 1 star off for the fact the sync stopped working for no reason, and required an intervention to fix.
App has freed up a lot of labour hours.
Very responsive staff when you have technical problems as well. Marcks been a champ.
Dean was SO helpful. I was heading down a confusing path and he cleared it all up for me! Great customer service. The four star is only because the app doesn't fully communicate with Shopify regarding products.
The app works well and is very easy to set up. I've run into a few bugs here and there, but nothing major, and the customer support has always been very quick and effective at resolving the issues.
Vincent was awesome. Took quite some time to get the integration to work properly, but now that it is set up, it is going to save me so much time.
Bit of a learning curve and some integration complexities. BUT the support team really helps. Thanks Vincent!
I used this app to help integrate QB Self-Employed. Ronnie was a big help and walked me step by step. I wish he were able to help on the QB integration once we synched (can't see the entries in QB and now need to contact QB to fix that end.)
I was needing to use this app to connect our QBO database to Shopify. I also needed the data that synced from Shopify to QBO to provide the necessary information for Avalara to extract the sales and sales tax information to file in all required jurisdictions. Rominick was very helpful in choosing the correct settings for the data sync to meet my needs.
I used this app to integrate Shopify to QBO. It is a little complicated in the set-up. The support was Excellent - shout out to Rafael. It would be great if product images mapped over. After you fix that, see if you can get all tax authorities to agree on a nice and easy rate;)

Some things have yet to be fixed from the developer side, like enabling a trigger for full stock sync if you accidentally change your stock number in the Shopify store. Overall it works as it supposed to.
