Sherwin is the best person I have ever dealt with. didnt send me links sent me screen shots with exactly what to do and walked me through it step by step. Thank you again.
Doesn't work for Shopify stores accepting multiple currencies via Shopify Payments, the integration wants to charge fees in the wrong currency. Response from Onesaas was we should look elsewhere, no hope of it being fixed. I wrongly assumed an app supported directly by Intuit would at least work on a basic level. But just like their eBay integration, this Shopify integration has some fundamental flaws.
We had some issues with our QuickBooks integrations, but learned of this app. It's been a great change and while the configuration is a bit more specific compared to other solutions, it is worth it. Their support is very helpful as well! While testing a sync and then deleting my results inside QuickBooks (since the prefix was not what we wanted), I was unable to re-sync the order. I reached out via their online chat and Rafael was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend!

I have a US-based Shopify store and recently this application was removed for new downloads for US-based stores. I reached out to OneSaas support and was prompted to start a live chat to request access to this app. I explained my goals for using this application, which included syncing customer contact data between Shopify and QBO, generating invoices in QBO using customer data for orders labeled as Pending in shopify and syncing new products from shopify to QBO. I was helped by a very nice and knowledgable support associate named Karol who answered all my questions and guided me through the process. I have been happy so far and find this app and the service to be fantastic. Thank you Karol!
Have just completed the sync between Shopify and QBO, the process is pretty good however understanding the nuances is not so clear, having Pauls assistance in setting up the connection, then testing to make sure all was working is most excellent service. Paul was patient and made sure it all worked. Highly recommend the connector and the support team. Thanks so very much Paul. Cheers Michael

it is a great app, with help from Rominick i was able to integrate QuickBooks and Shopify. he was indeed helpfull to me and i got the results i needed
