Clarisse was incredibly helpful today and solved some initial mistakes in our setup!
This app is wonderful. My only complaint is that it consistently generates errors for POS sales because the customer name is missing.
Customer support has been very helpful anytime I needed help clearing the errors. Today, I spoke with Sherwin who fixed the problem for me in a blink!
Sherwin was extremely helpful when I needed assistance integrating the Quickbooks App to my Shopify store. He was so quick to respond and solve the issue. He went above and beyond to provide extra service to assist me further.
app is hard to use at first lots of settings which you need to look into.. 4 star for the app but 5 stars for Clarisse who massively helped me setting up the accounts and making sure they were correct.

I would definitely use the chat feature again.

SHERWIN was amazing. He pinged me on the chat window and was able to help me get all the orders with synching errors.

Quick and easy to install, Ronnie helped me via chat and explained the changes.
