David gave me an excellent service in solving my syncing issues and help all the way until everything was running perfectly

This app is wonderful. My only complaint is that it consistently generates errors for POS sales because the customer name is missing.

Customer support has been very helpful anytime I needed help clearing the errors. Today, I spoke with Sherwin who fixed the problem for me in a blink!

Ben, was an awesome help to me. He not only found the answer to my problem quickly, he offered to fix it for me! He saved me a great deal of time.

It is great to be able to transfer data seamlessly. Their customer support is always so good. Rom did a great job and explaining the issues I was having and helping me fix them and prevent them in the future.

Several times I have gone to the chat with help setting up and questions after setting up. Response time is great, and they have helped me figure out what I need to to, and answered my questions. Rafael was very timely and answered my questions.

I had a fantastic experience with their service, especially with Rafael. He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My problem with the QB connector was resolved in a remarkably short amount of time.

The app has been great so far. when I ran into trouble using the app, Ronnie went above and beyond, solved my problem, and explained where I got it wrong. She was incredibly patient with me. Awesome app. fantastic customer service

the App is super helpful to merge our two systems!! And the support team is awesome - they are great communicators and efficient! I worked with BEN on the support app and he was so great!!
