QuickBooks Online Global

Its literally 10pm. I'm absolutely stuck and I have an issue with the sync from my shopify store to quick books. I'm still getting used to quick books so Im a little out of my depth. I fired a message in chat expecting not to hear back or get an AI bot and I get a response from Nick. He found the issue straight away and spent 15 mins helping taking time to assist. As a small business I am trying hard to do everything myself and Nick just sorted something that I thought was going to take ages to correct. The app is so easy and simple to use, customer support is amazing. Thank you so much Nick.

I've used this app for a few years now to manage sales receipts in Quickbooks Online. I recently had an issue where my Shopify disconnected and my settings were lost. Thankfully, Ben was super helpful in getting everything back how it needed to be in record time! Thank you for the great customer support.

Thank you Francis! The customer service on this Shopify to Quickbooks app is accessible, extremely helpful and show a well experienced crew there! I have tried the Intuit to Shopify connector app and did not have success so returned to OneSaas and am completely happy. I have been using them since 2017 for my previous website. Super impressed with the QBO app, integration and the help I received from Nick. I had an issue that I created due to some setting changes however, with one quick email, Nick had it all fixed really quickly.

Works flawlessly, haven't touched it in years, even forgot how my orders were syncing with QuickBooks because I never need to think about the app as it runs so well.

I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. I needed to transition from the legacy version of the app to the latest, and was able to get live chat support straight away to guide me through it. Ben was very helpful, and made sure things went smoothly.

I have been using this app for a number of years and it is very reliable and integrates seamlessly with QBO. If you do have an issue (rare) the support is first class through the chat function. Had a sync issue today and Ben had this resolved very quickly.

Sherwin was of a great help to fix an issue. I had tried alone for a while now, and decided to chat with an assistant. I am usually reticent to chat with online help, as I've had bad experiences, but Sherwin helped me in a minute to troubleshoot my issue, and fixed it in no time. NICK was really helpful - I hadn't even see there was a live chat option on the connector app - whilst scratching my head thinking how to deal with the errors a message popped up from NICK asking if he could help with this error - he was able to talk me through resolving the issues and to advise how to solve them going forward so it doesn't happen again - very pleased with this APP and the support provided.
