Rominick was very helpful. I needed assistance syncing shopify inventory to Quickbooks. Patient and never rushed me through this process. I felt that I was able to think through steps and this was important to me. I appreciate the time.

Needed customer support regarding VAT and Karol was so helpful in resolving my issue and answering my many questions about the software integration.

Vincent, the customer service rep was BEYOND excellent in setting up my QuickBooks Connector so that my Shopify accounts would sync into my Quickbooks. As a new small business owner using the various Quickbooks integrations, I really couldn't have done it without his support.
