I'm in the beginning stages of setting up my connection between QB and Shopify. I found the customer support to be very helpful in answering my questions.
It works great!
Some things have yet to be fixed from the developer side, like enabling a trigger for full stock sync if you accidentally change your stock number in the Shopify store. Overall it works as it supposed to.
Hazel from customer service was incredibly helpful.
Vincent was awesome. Took quite some time to get the integration to work properly, but now that it is set up, it is going to save me so much time.
Bit of a learning curve and some integration complexities. BUT the support team really helps. Thanks Vincent!
Great tool, great support! I tried another Shopify-Salesforce connector but it didn't give me the line item detail that I needed. OneSaas was a breeze to install and sync'ed all my client info, products and orders automatically. And it created a separate record for each product ordered, attached to the Opportunity - exactly what I needed. And for the questions that I had, Adela had all the answers (via chat) in a very timely manner. You just don't see great customer support these days, but OneSaas has done it right!
UPDATE: I have uncovered a rather critical problem with the OneSaas Salesforce-Shopify connector which has caused me to reduce my rating to 4 stars. While the Shopify connector pulls all relevant data from Shopify, the contact info does not pass through to Salesforce. The contact name is embedded in the opportunity name and the phone number is stored in the Account.Phone field, but no contact record is created, and the email is not passed to SF.
I was needing to use this app to connect our QBO database to Shopify. I also needed the data that synced from Shopify to QBO to provide the necessary information for Avalara to extract the sales and sales tax information to file in all required jurisdictions. Rominick was very helpful in choosing the correct settings for the data sync to meet my needs.
I used this app to integrate Shopify to QBO. It is a little complicated in the set-up. The support was Excellent - shout out to Rafael. It would be great if product images mapped over. After you fix that, see if you can get all tax authorities to agree on a nice and easy rate;)
Idk about the app quite yet, except to say I had trouble connecting it to my Shopify. BUT it was redeemed by Ben the customer service agent who helped to get us up and running. I now see my transactions flowing as expected. Thanks Ben
Firstly, Paul is a saviour. He really, really went out of his way to help me. He worked with me on livechat for the guts of 2 full days until my issues were fixed.. I would complain about the app but why things go wrong with software is way over my head so i wont comment. It works until it doesn't. And when it doesn't, if you have the likes of Paul helping you every step of the way then you're on to a winner. Thanks again.
Ronnie was extremely helpful and gave me the right direction to properly get our operations moving. The app expedites the process very well and let's us focus on the business and not bookeeping.
