QuickBooks Online Global

The team is great! Lately I have been chatting with Ben and has helped us navigate through the set up the whole way!

I had trouble setting up and synching order and product data with Quickbooks Online, but CLARISSE from the online chat helped me. The software isn't as intuitive (pun intended) as i'd have liked, but having very good customer service to help get you going is so helpful.

SHERWIN helped me set up QB and sync over from Shopify. Very helpful and great service.

The integration between Shopify and QBO works as expected. You do, however, need to be careful on setting up the filter on manage connection on what data to transfer and what not. Just make sure you don't have double booking when reconciling your QBO and bank statement.
