App works as advertised. I am the business owner, and not an accountant. I reached out to support and Rominick was very helpful and patient. He spent about 40 minutes with me in chat answering 3 very involved questions. He also stepped me through how to change settings and extended the sync date with Shopify back 10 weeks to pull in more orders. Highly recommend!

Much better than shopfiy to quickbooks integrations I've tried in the past. Rominick was also very helpful! He was quick and courteous and solved my issue promptly.
