I was thankful to Rominick for his excellent customer service as he was very helpful and answered all my queries in setting up our new QuickBooks account and connected to Shopify. Thank you very much Rominick!

We had an issue with syncing between shopify plus and qbo. I chatted with David who was really helpful and very patient with me. All sorted within a few minutes and all the syncing errors fixed and corrected for future transaction.

I was having some issues with my sales showing up as paid in quickbooks and Troy was very helpful and quickly helped me fix the issue.

Only just started the app but am happy with it so far. BEN was helpful in assisting me with set up and answering any questions I had.

This app integrates and syncs perfectly to Quickbooks without any problems. You might need some assistance from support with some of the settings as they can be confusing and might cause your data to not sync correctly. Support responds extremely fast and Sherwin was quick to assist and help me set it up correctly.

We are new to this app. Ronnie helps my first setting patiently. With Ronnie's help, our first sync was successfully done.
