Game changer for me, having moved from another invoicing system where I could not import orders from Shopify, this has made it so, so easy.

Works well, does what it needs to and Rom in customer support was very helpful in sorting out the issues I had.

Had an issue with items syncing today and spoke with Haze. Told me what the errors were and corrected them for me. I was back up and running within minutes.

I had an issue with synchronizing however Sherwin solved my problem. Thank you so much for helping immediately

This app has been very helpful with syncing our Shopify sales transaction data (including product line item details, sales tax, discounts, promotional merchandise) to QBO for us. We've had issues with the sales tax mapping on multiple occasions; Shopify is somehow permitting the customer's "ship to" city address to create new tax mapping codes within the Connector app settings, which do not accurately represent how we collect sales tax based on our business shipping address, or transactions sync to QBO as if no sales tax was collected. This has created errors that I have to make manual corrections for in QBO, while also reaching out to the Connector app support staff for assistance. Rom helped me this last time to correct the sales tax issue and was able to re-sync a transaction so that it was correct. He was very patient and investigated the issue thoroughly, going back into the history of my prior support tickets to find the best possible solution. Fingers crossed this will continue to work for the long term!

Wow, Sherwin has been so incredibly helpful today. We really appreciate hoq quickly he helped us resolve some errors we were experiencing. I feel very confident that I can find help easily going forward.

We just downloaded this App but so far it seems like a good decision! The support chat feature is especially helpful. I chatted with Ronnie today and they were patient, nice, clear and resolved my issues and answered my questions.

I would highly recommend reading the integration guides [Shopify and Accounting Integration Guide (When starting from the Shopify App Store)] before completing the integration!

I'm so glad we found this app. It will make life so much easier so we can focus more on our business instead of just the accounting. Sherwin was a HUGE help in making sure we got everything set up proprerly. Highly recommend.

I had some sync issues but Dean was great in helping me solve them.
