As always my experience was the best. The support team goes above and beyond. Today I was assisted by Sherwin. I have been so impressed with this app I wanted to make sure I could install for a new client. Unfortunately I couldn't see it as an offering but Sherwin was very kind and stayed with me until my app was installed.
Setup was simple and Dean quickly helped me with my questions! I look forward to seeing how well it integrates with QBO
Looks great but doesn't support Shopify Edit Orders. So if you edit an order, a customer pays the updated invoice in Shopify, it will not sync over. That money will not be accounted for in quickbooks.

Our advice here is to configure your integration settings to only sync invoices to QuickBooks once they are final and paid. I just downloaded it so I cannot say much yet about the app, but I will say that their service has been very good and quick. Troy was super helpful late at night, and got my questions answered very quickly!
I have trouble syncing my QBO with Shopify because of some compatibility issues. Clarisse helped me solve the problem. She's amazing fast :)
Sherwin was a great help in being able to sync prior months.
Sherwin was awesome - quick and cooperative. I never felt stupid asking questions and he was able to provide working answers. Best 2 hour chat that produced results that will increase productivity. Now to tackle a years worth of entries. Thanks SOOOO MUCH
