I have been using QuickBooks for a couple years but faced an issue a few days ago I could not figure out how to solve. I used the support via live chat today and had it addressed through great service from Dean. He was knowledgeable, attentive and quickly understood and solved the issue. I am usually skeptical about using live chats but have to admit this was very good.

Ben was awesome! Had some issues syncing Shopify with QuickBooks, and it was getting pretty frustrating. Ben jumped into our chat and handled everything like a pro. It's saved me a lot of time and energy using this app. It was a bit tricky to understand, and I definitely made a few mistakes but their customer support has been fantastic. A support agent named Lori helped fix both entries in shopify and quickbooks to allow products to sync without issue, and also helped streamline the process for me in the future. Would recommend.

This app has been a life safer for our small business. I did not expect such great quality from a free app - it is simple enough for me to setup on my own, and the bridge saves me HOURS of having to export or import data manually between Shopify and QBO.
Their customer service is absolutely top-notch. I reached out through chatbot for questions, and Ronnie who was super a patience and wonderful guided me through to solution step by step. I truly appreciate Ronnie's help and can't recommend this app enough!
