David was a huge help in fixing a problem I created in linking Shopify to QuickBooks! it only took a few minutes and the problem was fixed!

We had a minor issue where we used the same order number as one that was meant to pull through from the app (totally our fault!) and Clarisse was an absolute superstar at resolving this for us! I had to wait no longer than 1 minute to connect to the chat, and the issue was solved within 5 mins. We're really new to QBO and this app has been an absolute gamechanger for us, can't recommend this app and their support enough. Thank you again, Clarisse!

I cannot thank Sherwin enough! I've had trouble with orders syncing through to QBO and had several chats to no avail. I am very happy with this app! I had no problems for the first year or so, then a small hiccup I needed help with came up. I contacted support, and Ben had the problem fixed within 2 minutes, amazing!
