One of the most incredible customer service experiences I have ever had was with Ben; he was cooperative and accommodating.

I was helped by a gentlemen named Paul. He walked me step by step connecting shopify to QBO. The process was foreign to me and he patiently explained things and provided step by step instructions towards accomplishing the goal. I am so grateful for his help, someone give this man a raise! Super impressed with the App.......just installed Quickbooks and had a few issues getting things synced correctly. Jumped straight onto Live Chat and the support from Troy was outstanding......helped me achieve a great outcome. Couldn't ask for anything more at this stage.....

Paul was great to help me figure out an issue where we accidentally deleted some already synced transactions. He was able to resync everything and get us back up and running. Great customer service! The QuickBooks Connector app is so convenient and makes the bookkeeping run a lot smoother.
