I have been very happy with the assistance provided by Karol in trying to resolve an issue I have with syncing data between Shopify and Quickbooks Online.

Whenever I need assistance with anything, the customer service at OneSaas is very responsive and quick to fix it. In fact, Hazel just helped with an issue today that saved me tons of time. Very happy about that!

This app is exactly what we needed to integrate our shopify sales into our QBO accounting. When I had an issue, I reached out the support chat and Sherwin immediately was able to resolve it and explain how to avoid future problems. A few days later, I had a question and Dean from support was awesome too. So glad to have this for our small business!
