Great support I got from Lori and other customer support! It was very helpful on my integration between QBO and Shopify.

In order for Shopify fees to sync you need more then just the basic quickbooks subscription. But its easy to manually enter fees. When I asked support for help they return chat RIGHT AWAY. Clarisse was a great help.

I had some issues with syncing in QB and Ronnie helped me out and explained the issue clearly. I thought it would take hours but only took a few mins to fix everything. Thank you so much, Ronnie!
