Dean was super helpful and patience with our issues in Quickbooks and the shopify intergration!! Would love to have him help me on all future issues
UPDATE 6/3/2020: This app continues to have outstanding support. Sherwin helped me troubleshoot my issues and was very patient. Really happy with this app and their commitment to ensure it works.
Does everything it says it does, and it comes with amazing support. Marck was great at helping me set up the app to make sure everything was integrated properly, and answered my bajillion questions with ease and patience. The best support I've had so far on Shopify's app platform.

Love the app, but the customer support is what seals the deal! Ronnie has been amazing as well as others over a few setup issues we've had. All solved now thanks to them!

We had two errors appear on our notification. After sending a reply email, David responded very quickly and cleared up the errors.
Everything synced quickly and Ben helped me when one of my products didn’t transform. I recommend this app.
Sherwin was very helpful trouble shooting some sync issues we had with shopify and QBO. Thanks to his help we were able to get our stuff syncing correctly.

The chat support for is the best I have ever experienced. Today David helped with some syncing issues. Issues resolved without headache.
There's quite a lot to the app, but the support is first class. I've used their live chat today, and I've had quick replies and questions thoroughly answered by Lori who really understands the product. She helped me about a problem we were having with PayPal, she identified the issue and provided a solution, and set up a support ticket so I could share the solution with out book keeper. I can't see why you wouldn't use this app if you use QuickBooks, it makes life easier.
