QuickBooks Online Global

David has been very helpful to me. QBO is always helpful when issues arise, and I appreciate it a lot.

The app is very user friendly. The only errors I've ever encountered are created when someone on our end skips a step (client name on order, etc.). Whenever I've had an error the customer service reps have bee very helpful and fast. Sherwin helped me out today and was quick and professional and had me fixed up in a couple of minutes!

Sherwin was an absolute GEM! He was so very patient with me and helped walk me thru the entire process! Made changes when something wasn't quite like I needed it, extremely knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with!! I am very hopeful that this app will be everything that I need to sync Shopify POS with Quickbooks Online. I am coming from the world of Quickbooks POS with Quickbooks Desktop as our system for the past 15 years, I was getting quite frustrated with Quickbooks for doing away with their POS system and recommending Shopify POS, as they were not talking to each other in the way I was used to with everything just happening in the background with me not having to do journal entries or any extra work to keep my books in order with the old system. I believe we have almost everything syncing close to the way it used to and I will only have a slight learning curve to adjust to. :) I am very happy and pleased!!! Karol from the QBO customer service was amazing! I am a newbie and needed some "hand holding" and she was right there to help me with my set up needs! Excellent job!

Brilliant advice yet again, this time from SHERWIN, cannot recommend enough - glad i installed this app

I worked with ROM on syncing the app to QBO - so helpful and professional. And patient with all my questions. They took the time to explain not only how to do something, but why it happens and what the apps purpose is. I am grateful for ROM and their teaching methods.

One order wasn't syncing to Quickbooks. I did a chat with Rafael, and he quickly solved the issue. As always, great and fast customer service.

This has been an awesome app so far. Needed help, realized they have 24/7 chat help. Troy fixed me right up. Good to go now!

The app helps you link between the activity in the store and QBO. They provide prompt and knowledgeable support, which is arguably one of the most important elements of a product. Paul has successfully solved my problems twice in a row in a very efficient manner.
