I was really confused when I first connected the app but chatted with Ronnie on their live chat feature and I'm all cleared up, thank you!

I had an issue with connector today and I reached out to the customer service for help. Luckily I got connected to ROM and let me tell you it was the best customer service experience I ever had. The patience, the detailed instructions, the dedication to help. This experience really made my day and I'm thankful for Rom's help.

I always get the best and quickest help when it comes to shopify's team. I appreciate the work they do to ensure our business is running smoothly. I had a syncing issue and Lori helped me resolve it so quickly along with answering a few additional questions I had. Thank you!

The integration is great, very customizable! Any field you can think of is mostly covered. The support team alone deserve all the praise though. Dean, Vince, Ronnie you guys are the best!!! Many a late night of stress have been solved by these chaps. Honestly just get this integration above all others, their support team will always sort you out no matter what! 20/10

Rom helped me set up the integration with my Shopify store and they were very patient and detailed as I figured it out!

There's always a learning curve and I'm in a hurry. The tech support is awesome! I was on Chat support with ROM. The service was unbelievably fast and ROM made the task seem easy. This is truly the best support I've ever experienced. And when I'm dealing with my money, this app and support are important.

Great app and the sync is incredibly fast. Customer Service is great (especially Clarisse) The app performs as it should and connects to shopify seamlessly. I would recommend this to any small business owner.
